Who the hell is Kristie ?

Hey, I’m Kristie creator of A Strong Soul Wellness — mom of three, wife, dog mom, and former professional overthinker. If there were an Olympic sport for spiraling into worst-case scenarios, I’d have had gold medals by middle school.

Anxiety ruled most of my life — from childhood patterns and people-pleasing to grief, trauma, and just trying to keep it all together with a smile on my face. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your head, constantly second-guessing everything while life rushes past you.

Somewhere along the way I stumbled face first into what we call a "healing journey" which is a pretty way of saying, it was either get my head out of my ass or blow my life up.

Turns out a healing journey sort of does both.

Eventually that lead to fitness certification and ultimately why I became a life and health coach. I had developed tools that actually worked — not just for me, but for the women like me who were doing everything “right” and still waking up feeling exhausted, disconnected, and anxious AF.

Over the years, I’ve worked with dozens of incredible women who felt just like that — unsure, overwhelmed, and quietly craving more peace, power, and presence in their lives. And from those conversations, sessions, and breakthroughs, REWIRE was born.
